Dr Ajit Kumar Agarwala:- He is the founder managing Trustee of this Charitable Trust and father of Amit Agarwala in whose memory this Trust is established. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of “Terai Group”. At a very early age he started taking interest in family business of tea. He is a renowned name in the whole Tea Industry aged about 56 years; he is a Bachelor of Arts and was also honoured with a Doctorate Degree by 'Burkes University, UK.
Mrs Shashikala Agarwala – She is the founder managing Trustee of this Charitable Trust and mother of Amit Agarwala in whose memory this Trust is established. She is the director of “Terai Group”. She is a commerce graduate. She has experience in managing the company for the last 25 years. She takes keen interest to establish charitable projects and leading this trust from front.
Mr Rajendra Kanodia – He is the director of “Terai Group” with huge experience of over 25 years in marketing and administration.
Mr. Sitaram Sharma – He is one of the most experienced in tea industry and is controlling the tea units of the group
Mr. Pradip Kajaria- He has a long term experiences in textile business & export business.
